Matt has over 20 years experience in business leadership and entrepreneurship operating in all gears of the business machine. Matt specializes in sales process improvement, fostering teamwork, identifying market opportunities as well as strategic planning and implementation.

“My ideal client is a single owner business or small partnership with 20 -50 employees looking to improve culture, efficiency and of course, profitability” says Matt having lead a number of different teams and organizations to success in various industries, but he states that he really enjoys working with businesses in the trades, adding, “There is no other industry where business owners can build real wealth with very little formal business training like you can in the trades, however it’s this same lack of training that prevents them from reaching their true potential, that’s where we come in.”

In 2013 Matt was selected as one of Monroe County’s (PA) 40 under 40 leaders in the community and was also elected to office as a Pennsylvania State Constable the same year where he served two consecutive terms while achieving his PCCD certification through Temple University. Matt enjoys giving back to his community and has volunteered his time at organizations like Monroe County Habitat for Humanity where he served on the construction committee and also as Chairman of the board of directors through the end of his term in 2020.

Matt has verifiable success in corporate leadership, non profits, and as Vice President of Burke Home Services, LLC/Dr Energy Saver of NEPA since 2009, a multi million dollar home improvement company operating in Northeastern Pa that has consistently ranked in the Top 10 Contractor Nation Dealerships in North America. He is an Accredited Member of the International Association of Accredited Small Business Consultants (AASBC) and currently a student of the Contractor Nation School of Entrepreneurship.

Matt and his family reside in Eastern Pennsylvania within the beautiful Delaware Water Gap.
